Job Description

    Role: Quality AssuranceResponsibilities:- You will understand Business requirements from external/internal customer and guide implementation to meet those objectives - You will prepare Functional Test cases and get them reviewed with appropriate stakeholders - You will prepare appropriate Test data to be able to simulate all Test cases - You will execute the Test cases and identify defects and other opportunities for functional and usability improvements - You will clearly document the outcome along with evidences and communicate with the development team for clear understanding of the behavior - You will assist the development team by capturing appropriate trouble shooting information such as Application logs, Browser logs etc. along with issues - You will work with the development team to ensure the issue is closed - You will also be the single point of contact for all issues reported by Customer in Production environment and work with appropriate stakeholders for proper resolution - You will also assist the team in preparing product documents such as Training materials, User guide etc. - You will also participate in functional discussions and propose/suggest measures for continuous improvements, alternative implementations etc.Competencies:- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in manual testing - Experience in working with manual testing browser based applications, preferably in a Product Environment - Ability to understand Business Requirements and correlate with functional features - Good communication skills with command over verbal and written English to the extent of communicating with Native English customers - Basic understanding of SQL statements to be able to simulate different data scenarios and inquire data storage - High level of energy and proactive nature.
