Job Description

    This inclusive employer is a member of myGwork the largest global platform for the LGBTQ business community.Description The incumbent will act as a point of contact for over 10 components and features. The incumbent must have Device OS domain expertise across multiple components/features, should be able to manage complex and ambiguous environment set-ups. The incumbent must understand automation frameworks and test setups for various components such as MM, Framework, CONN etc. The incumbent must be able to guide DAs on time-sensitive tasks such as reproducing Sev 1/2 issues, patch validation etc. for over 10 components without pre-set work instructions, SOPs etc. Extensively train and provide floor support for DAs. Most DAs will be high school graduates with out any prior experience in testing. Create processes and documentation such as SOPs, wikis, findings, etc. Review defects raised by DAs, provide more information and triage defects. Review DA test results. perform audit and appropriately coach DAs on test procedures. Should understand functional complexities of over 10 components to be able to estimate bandwidth requirements, identify risks, and external dependencies.Key job responsibilitiesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Chennai, TN, INDBasic Qualifications 4 years of quality assurance engineering experience Experience in manual testing Experience in automation testing Experience scripting or coding Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projectsPreferred Qualifications Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality,
