Job Description

  • Can process Quality Supervisor in Molding Shop Floor Knowledge of Visual inspection & layout inspection.
  • Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
  • Can Handle Instrument Height Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other all gauges like filler gauge , pin gauge Go-No Go gauge Etc.
  • Can Make SOP, Work instruction ,Control plan , PFD and all other documents.
  • Knowledge Of SPC
  • Can handle Customer Complaints With CAPA.
  • Knowledge of inprocess inspection with Raw Material .
  • Can handle Profile Projector & knowledge of Vernier Bevel protactor.
  • Can Testing MFI & Filler Content of Raw Material.
  • Knowledge of MSA & PPAP documents.
  • Knowledge OF Product & Process audit.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 :2015
  • Can do Rejection Analysis by using Pareto Chart.
  • Responsible for maintaining document as per ISO System.
  • Conduct Internal Audit as per ISO System.
  • Daily meeting and Review for Rejection and Customer Complaints.
  • Monitoring to Team Members
