Job Description

    Required Skills: Solid understanding of QA process, QA methodologies. Should have good understanding on the role of automated testing within the software development lifecycle Experience in automation testing tools and frameworks. Strong Experience in JavaScript, Gherkin, Cucumber, Sause Labs, Postman, Selenium, Soap UI, Load UI, Chai, Mocha, Webdriver io Experience with automating UI, Microservices and API (WSO2). Experience in using Agile development/testing methodologies. Good analytical, investigative and problem solving skills required. Ability to communicate (both verbally and written) effectively to technical and non-technical co-workers. Good communication & interpersonal skills required and should be a good Team Player.Roles & Responsibilities: Exposure to all phases of software test cycle including test planning, test design, test execution and test closure Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).. Experience in deriving test cases, hands on experience in testing applications. Experience in using defect tracking tools such as bugzilla, JIRA, etc. Exposure to SQL , preparing Bug Reports and Run automation on daily basis. Adding new test cases to automation frameworks is a plug. Take responsibility for monitoring product development and usage at all levels with an eye toward improving product quality. Extensive knowledge and experience of functional testing with debugging skills of bugs. Experience on testing web browsers and Mobile browsers. Interact with client and/or client coordinators/leads to understand the requirements. Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated test suites and with the Release Engineering team to build and deploy the automation build on QA or release or production servers. Trace the test results on the regularly-scheduled test updates and results back to specific quality risks promptly,
