Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION
      • Over all responsibilities for quality assurance control activities.
      • Monitoring the daily/weekly/monthly Quality performance and incoming in house and customer satisfaction level.
      • Ensuring the process needed for QM sale established, Implemented and Maintained.
      • Reporting on the performance of the QMS to the Management and need For any Improvements
      • Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirement throughout the Organisation
      • Liasion with External Parties on mate veiling to QMS
      • Control of QMS documentation and customer external documents.
      • Review and investigate the NCR and Complaints/returns.
      • Review evaluation of tools, Jigs & fixtures
      • Verify control plan and PPAP.
      • Verify weekly and monthly reports.
      • Take CAPA for process verification and validation.
      • Review 8D report and send it to customer.
      • Review and investigate the non-conformance and customer complaints/returns.
      • Interact with customers and plan to reduce the NG (Not good parts)
      • Give on the job training for subordinates time to time.
      • Verify final inspection report.
      • Review of fixture & templates validation.
      • Conduct Quality shopfloor meeting / Audit meeting.
      • Ensure documentation of quality procedure and work instructions.
      • Conduct NCR review meeting and take action to prevent repeated NCs
      • Analyze non conformances and take counter measures by using 7 QC tools.
      • Prepare supplier audit plan, schedule and executive.
      • Supplier development through Quality aspect.
      • Prepare weekly & monthly reports and present to Management.
      • Coordinate for customer audit and make improvements.
      • Raw Material process flow/ knowledge.
      • Knowledge in COPQ & APQP
