Job Description

    Dear Jobseeker ,Urgent Opening for the post of QuantitySurveyorPosition Held: Vendor Coordinator cum Quantity Surveyor Experience: More than 12 YearsQualification: B.E/ B. Tech Civil EngineeringSalary: 40K 50K PMResponsibilities & Requirements
    1. Male candidate with Two-wheeler can apply.
    2. More than 12 years of experience
    3. Good knowledge in MS Office especially Power point, Autocad etc.
    4. Must have experience in subcontractors billing
    5. Must have capability to mobilise sub-contractors and labour
    6. Should also have experience in client billing and knowledge in BBS
    7. Should have worked in office and sites with good vendor management and follow up skills
    8. Should be willing to do site visits regularly and resolve site or vendor issues
    9. Should have experience and knowledge in quantity surveying and estimation
    and rate analysis.
    1. Experience should be more on residential and commercial buildings in
    reputed companies.
    1. Candidate should be a patient hearing and eager to work and learn new
    things.
    1. Candidate should be proactive in communication and satisfy all his superiors
    2. Should have worked in each company ideally for minimum 2 to 3 years and not jumped jobs
    3. Should be target driven and ensure work progress by vendor sourcing and vendor management by proper coordination, communication and innovation.
