Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials. Responsible for On - going cost analysis for the new or re - work of the project. Should be able to forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. Responsible for performing risk, value management and cost control. Should be able to prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. Verification of measurements of completed work. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers. Reporting all the activities to the GM.,
