Responsibilities Performs R&D specific software License administration , support and maintenance of software applications in embedded hardware / software domain (PCB design tools like Cadence , Zuken. Simulation tools like SIMetrix , Matlab , Mathcad. Configuration Management tools SVN , ClearCase. Automotive test tools / equipments like Oscilloscope , Analyzers , Vector tools).Customise R&D license administration as per user needs on windows servers (virtual machines).Take care of desktop application and server application support on windows 7 , windows 10 , Windows Server 2000 / 2003 / 2008.Create basic automation scripts to optimise day - to - day activities on desktop and server.Resolve user tickets regarding hardware , software and networking in ITSM tools like JIRA.Perform remote support and troubleshooting.Support IS audits.Interface with vendors in purchase and maintenance of tools.Ticketing logging and coordinating for vendor support in case issues. Professional Experience: 3 - 7 years of experience in embedded systems domain.2 - 3 years of relevant experience in IT admin support.Automation and scripting experience in server / network / desktop administration using python / Powershell / Perl etc is preferred.,
