The environment is driven by scientific and technical innovation with a high level of diversity in workflows, data and vendors, powered by the adoption of the BizDevOps ways of working that leverages technology and agile ways of working to delivery value, faster.About the roleAstraZeneca are looking for a technically skilled DevOps Engineering Process Lead to work as part of the Delivery Excellence Team.In R&D IT we have a large number of DevOps, Project and Service teams who engineer a range of products. Those teams are empowered to make decisions but also are given central guidance and artefacts to support their progression and engineering standards. As the Engineering Process Lead you will be responsible for building on existing guidance as well as creating new artefacts.Key responsibilitiesLead the content definition and the adoption of our DevOps Maturity FrameworkDefine Engineering Standards such as common coding standards and security standards. Working on ways for teams to adopt these such as templating and automating into our DevOps tooling stackBe a Product Lead for our DevOps Dashboard; including the build of new enhancements and the adoption within teamsLead cross-team process improvement, taking into account compliance constraints such as GxP for some teamsDefining a documentation strategy for technical documentation (e.g. markdown/docs-like-code, Confluence, and other tools)Own the documentation of DevOps processes in R&D IT via our existing PlaybookYou should apply if you have8+ years of experience in developing and managing technology solutionsIntimate understanding of Software Engineering, DevOps and GxP processes; Deep knowledge of the DevOps methodology and Enterprise adoptionShown passion and experience in technical standards and documentationExperience in Metrics definition, generation and useDesired skills:Worked in a Pharma or healthcare settingEducation requirementsAny Bachelors / Masters degree.Overall years of experience:8+ years,
