    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for R & D Process EngineerRoles & Responsibilities :-Describe the principal mission of the positionThe Process Engineer is responsible to ensure a smooth running system and software development process, method andtool-chain in his projects. He/She supports PM, R&D PTM and SW PM to identify gaps and inefficiencies. He/She coachesthe projects team on process method and tools topics, or makes sure they get the coaching from respective sources.He/She takes gaps identified by SYS & SW Q reviews, customer reviews or other reviews and tracks them to closure.He/She works closely together and is supported by the Process Owners and Key Users in the PL, PG, BG and SMART andCDA PM&T departments.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the project development method, tool-chain and process with the respective departments and teamsRequirements management and exchange with customerContinuous build, integration and testAutomated test and validationAgile methodsLead Process Improvement Action Plan to reach maturity goals in projectCoach rest of project team on process excellence mindset, policy & practices)Carry out root cause analysis for SysSw Q claims/issues (collected from all kinds of assessmentsand reviews)Share best practice and LLC (SMART, GEEDS, PWGs)Managing and control reviews in cooperation with SYS&SW QSYS&SW reviewsGEEDS/RAISE TRs / DRsSPICE/GAMA assessments (internal and external)Manage tailoring and destandardization requests from project to (T)PLSupport PM & R&D-PTM & SW PM to manage priority and process maturity tasks vs. milestoneSupport the rest of the project team for process needsEscalation path depending on severity:skip-level in project to PMto SYSWQAin his line hierarchyProfessional ExperienceHow many years of professional experience in a specific professional area are required for the position Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science or Mathematics.Experience in Quality (2 years)Experience in the Software Quality Assurance / Software Development fieldExperience with the software development process, systems engineering methodologies, and test techniquesExperience in training or mentoring peers in engineering methodologiesExperience in embedded SW/SY development (automotive experience is a plus)Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science or Mathematics.Regards,Team HR
