Allocation of activities to the Team2. Ensure MEC/Activity Check List are tracked and maintained3. Work closely with the Team and Customers to ensure timely Month End Close4. Ensure all Activities assigned including Team deliverables are completed accurately as per agreed timeline with Customers5. Ensure all Master Data Maintenance (GL, FA, etc) are tracked and performed on time6. Quality check on all account reconciliations performed by team as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)7. Handling Internal / External queries are addressed effectively on time8.Responsible for effective Knowledge Transfer of Activities from Customers to Team Members9.Implement/Support Process Improvements in consultation with OPEX Team and Customers10.Interact and comply with all Internal / External Audit requirements11.Prepare all Internal/External Reports12.Involve in MEC Review calls and update team on action items13.Interact and Coordinate with support functions14.Adherence to Control and ComplianceType of Work Experience -1. Technical expertise: Expertise in handling functions on an ERP platform2. Ability to provide exceptional customer experience3. Ability to understand & analyze an issue or problem and to develop & suggest corrective actions4. Good interpersonal skills and team player5. Strong communication skills (verbal and written, strong command of English language)6. Understanding of accounting concepts and principles7. Working knowledge and experience on ERP systems8.Decision making, problem-solving and analytical skills9.Target oriented with strong focus on meeting SLA commitments10.
