Job Description

RAN FM Engineer ( Ericsson & Nokia 5G)

  • Surveillance of Ericsson & Nokia 5G sites alarms.
  • Troubleshooting of Ericsson & Nokia 5G sites outage and Degrading alarms
  • Resolving the TTs for Ericsson & Nokia 5G services.
  • Co-ordinate with Customer and project team on resolution on the issues observed on real time.
  • Engage and guide Field team on Fault resolution, Knowledge on all BTS level hardware s
  • Engaging Ericsson & Nokia engineers for Care/next level support
  • Work out the spares and other requirements for fixing the fault during site visit.
  • Co-ordinate with Transmission and IP team for Tunnel and transmission related issues
  • Participate/support/ guide Technical bridges
  • Support Customer teams on the customer complaints/issues
  • Carry out preventive and corrective actions viz. Health checkups, etc.
  • Preparing the MOP s for all the Troubleshooting activities.
  • SLA Tracking and adherence
