Function / Application of Organic binders ( like Phenol formaldehyde, Alkyl modified Binders, Alkyd binders). Function of NBR & SBR. Desirable: organic chemistry and its application related with polymer science. Instrumental analysis & applicationHandling of XRF and analysis of data - Application in formulations. Knowledge on SEM-EDAX, TGA /TGDTA, ICP-OES,XRD & BET Surface area TGA /TG DTA Data analysis and interpretation of result. Need good Communication skill (for NISB interactions & coordination). Data generation and analysis of data using QC tools. ,
