Currently, we are hiring for multiple real estate companies for various positions ranging from Sales Executives to Assistant General Managers (AGM) of Sales. Whether youre an experienced Sales Executive or aspiring to become an AGM of Sales, we have opportunities for individuals with 1 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales.Key Responsibilities: Prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking. and referrals. Conduct property showings and provide insightful information to clients about available properties. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions. Prepare and present offers to sellers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate the closing process. Build and maintain a database of clients and properties to facilitate efficient communication and follow-up. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal regulations to provide accurate information and guidance to clients. Collaborate with colleagues, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of success (1-10 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software. Valid real estate license [State or Country specific]. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.Salary Range:The salary for these positions will be competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from 4.2 LPA to 12 LPA.
