Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent within the information technology industry for our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and attracting exceptional candidates for IT positions, as well as a deep understanding of the technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Utilize various recruiting sources such as social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
    2. Conduct initial screening of potential candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the position.
    3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between the candidates and client HRs.
    4. Negotiate job offers and provide support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
    5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and progress through the hiring process.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
    • minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT recruiting or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and technology trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent through creative sourcing methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Candidate must have knowledge from sourcing candidates from various portals
