Job Description

    Job Role: Recruitment Consultant/ Sr. Recruitment ConsultantDesired Experience: 1-6yearsKey responsibilities:
    • Looking for aspirational and energetic candidates from recruiting background.
    • Understanding the job requirements and utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
    • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially in job portals.
    • Responsible for the entire hiring process.
    • Maintaining good rapport with candidates for future reference.
    • Providing effective and timely update at every stage to the head of the department.
    Required Qualification & Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in staffing along with diverse industry exposure.
    • Working experience on niche positions preferable.
    • Must be strong in written and oral communication skills.
    • Must have working knowledge of job portals and various platforms for sourcing.
    • Result oriented candidates with strong interpersonal skills preferable.
