Job Description

    • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social platforms, and networking.
    • Create and post job descriptions based on hiring needs.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
    • Maintain candidate data and update the ATS.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
    • Provide hiring updates and insights to managers.
