Adhere to safe operating practices and to highlight any unsafe observations identified while operating the cooling plant. Carry out minor maintenance and support the maintenance technician during a major maintenance activity. Safely engage and address the ammonia gas leakage and be part of emergency response team to guide and support them. Monitor the temperature parameters and to address it in case of any discrepancies. Suggest effective solutions to maintain and monitor the temperature in the storage chambers. Continuously engage with operating team to bring new solutions to enhance safety, ease of operations, increasing the efficiency. Avoid any deviation in requirement for storage conditions and to predict maintenance based on operational parameters recorded to avoid downtimes. Coach, motivate and build a high performing team.Show More We are looking forMinimum of 10 years of related industry experience in ammonia refrigeration operation for process cooling, freezing and cold stores. Experience in operating reciprocating compressors, ammonia pumps and cooling system with hot gas defrosting system. Self-starter with commercial acumen Good interpersonal communication skills.
