Job Description

Background and skills To succeed in this job, you must be a strong negotiator with excellent networking skills and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders while navigating safely in complex and demanding relations. The successful candidate will have at least 8 10 years of relevant experience from an international organization including direct category management and contracting knowledge. Furthermore, we expect you to:

  • Have an engineering background (Preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering) topped with solid commercial understanding.
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Category Knowledge :- Electrical Machines, Wiring Harness, Sensors, Magnets Electronic components like PCB, IGBT, Sheet Metal Plastics.
  • Experience of Localization sourcing out of India to Global Customer Plants
  • Take an analytical approach to your tasks.
  • Be able to work both independently and in cross- functional teams.
  • Be a proactive self- starter with high drive, ambition and a positive can- do attitude.
  • Have the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside organization.
