To overlook the entire region and will be responsible to see that the execution of the projects is done on time. To supervise the quality of the projects. To manage the escalations at his end. To manage the client & the PMC. Responsible for maintaining good relations with the clients /PMCs. Ensure all Projects Schedule, Budgets & Installation Schedules for all aspects are maintained & quality Standards are upheld for all times. Give valuable inputs and actively participate in preparation of annual budget, and setting targets for the organization Oversees every aspect of the projects of the assigned region and handle all escalations, resolve immediate issues in coordination with respective SPOCs: Internal, Vendor or Sub-contractor. Conduct regular meetings with execution team to assess progress of the project, deviations if any and take appropriate action for correction. Make MOM and circulate to concerned and Management Ensures compliance with organizations values, policies and standards and also ensures compliance on statutory requirements including EHS
