- 2-4 years of work experience with the following:- Driving Marketing objectives( Offline/Ground Activations)- Experience in Startups/Tech Companies in similar role will be great- Preferably Candidates with MBA degree from Tier1/Tier2- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal- Problem solving approach & data analysis skills- Strong record of driving growth/ projects in the current organization- What will be your role in Licious Micromarketing TeamKey Responsibilities :- Deep Micro Market Understanding, Build local intelligence & Execution of On-ground ActivationsJourney plan:- Ensure cadence to visit each and every city, understand demographics profile, potential mapping and interventions required at regional levelMicro-Market Intelligence :- Drive & monitor revenue at hub level & track key metrics Acquisition, Retention, Availability, Ops & Cx( Dashboard & Data Tracking)Multi-Channel Coordination:- Bridge between Ops and Business team to add intelligence for KML extension, Catalogue extension & Hub ExpansionNew City Launch:- Physical Recce, Offline- Marketing, Ops set up, Sampling & Facilitate local liasoning/compliancesOn-Ground Activations:- Lead On-ground regional activations and execute-Hub level Interventions( 01-02), NPIs, Billboards, RWAs, CAC based BTL- Channel Partner Support (Swiggy, Dunzo,Grofers)- Merchant on-boarding(new cities), Order regularization & failure, hub-onboarding, catalogue update.- Support at Regional level- Regional Alliances & Partnerships ( Daawat, Cleartax)- Consumer Research (On-ground price benchmarking)- Chiller Project( Branding, Reece & Co-ordination with NetAmbit)- Offline Stores (Galleria etc.) Offline Marketing & Collaterals- Competition Pricing Analysis,
