    • Building relationships -Relationship managers develop and maintain relationships with clients, both current and potential, to build trust and confidence in the companys services.
    • Managing expectations -Relationship managers ensure client satisfaction by managing their expectations and providing solutions to issues.
    • Communicating -Relationship managers interact directly with clients, so they need to have strong communication skills. For example, they may need to explain complex financial products to clients.
    • Problem solving -Relationship managers may need to use critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making to help clients resolve their situations.
    • Analyzing data -Relationship managers collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and issues that could improve client communications.
    • Cross-selling -Relationship managers may be the first to recognize opportunities to cross-sell products to clients. They can then communicate these opportunities to the sales team.
    • Other responsibilities of relationship managers include: providing financial advice, managing portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • 2 years in Bancassurance with open architecture is must.
    • Age limit is till 35.
    • should be comfortable in traveling at least 50 km and comfortable to handle more than 2 branches.
