Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support wealth & Equity teams in the above locations sourcing LI policies for SLIC.
  • On field support for the teams in these location in sourcing LI business.
  • Support the field teams in proposal logins through ( ASTRA/Portal)
  • Follow-up with the HO team in SLIC for issuance and related queries.
  • Closely work with National Head (SLIC role for W2W broker) for business planning and projection month on month.
  • Close follow-up on the renewal premiums due with all the branches in respective locations.
  • Product refresher in respective locations at prefixed intervals.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Candidate should be a graduate or a post graduate
  • Age
  • Should be a local and well versed with the topography of the city where he will be based at.
  • Good communication & relationship building skills
  • Flair for selling.
  • Proactive approach & willing to take initiatives and possess high energy level.
  • Having a two wheeler is mandatory with valid license.
  • Experience:
  • 1. 2 to 3 years working with a Life insurance broker/ any Insurance company.
  • 2. Team handling experience.
  • 3. Banca experience is also preferred.( with any leading LI company)
  • 4. Specialist in key account handling in a bank ( for life insurance)
