Job Description

    We are seeking a Relationship Manager for health insurance organization. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 6 years of experience with a strong track record of stability in their current and previous organizations, preferably in HDFC, AXIS, FEDERAL, INDIAN BANK, or BANK OF BARODA. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our health insurance products, acquiring new clients, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including individuals, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
    2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
    3. Understand clients insurance needs and provide appropriate product recommendations based on their requirements.
    4. Present and explain the features, benefits, and coverage options of our health insurance products to clients.
    5. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization.
    6. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address their queries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure smooth onboarding, servicing, and resolution of client issues.
    8. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in health insurance regulations.
    9. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
    10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
