Job Description

    Position: Relationship Manager Business Banking (Working Capital) Location: Bangalore, Chennai Experience: Minimum6 years in Working Capital Sales (Private Sector Bank preferred) Education: Postgraduate in Finance / Chartered Accountant / Graduate with relevant experienceAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to acquire and manage Business Banking Working Capital (BBWC) clients. You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships, ensuring high-quality service, and driving profitability through asset and liability products.Key Responsibilities
    • Acquire new BBWC clients through branch leads, market scoping, and networking.
    • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, ensuring product penetration and revenue maximization.
    • Cross-sell banking solutions including corporate salary accounts, liabilities, and third-party products.
    • Prepare and manage CAMs, resolve queries, and handle negotiations on rates and charges.
    • Ensure complete documentation pre- and post-disbursement.
    • Coordinate with credit, operations, and trade desks for smooth transaction processing.
    • Monitor portfolio health, manage stress accounts, and ensure compliance with all banking regulations.
