Job Description

    • Profiling Clients & suggesting financial products (Equity) to meet customer needs as per their risk appetite.
    • Responsible for activation of trading accounts of clients, assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand the dynamics of the market.
    • Placing orders on behalf of clients based on Clients requests. Update client for order and trade on recorded line after/during market hours.
    • Achieving the business target assigned in terms of generating revenue, acquiring a minimum of 2 new accounts, and enhancing & upgrading the client relationship. Maintain 0% dealing error.
    • Maintain daily client activity.
    • Ensuring the highest level of service to the clients.
    • Ensure resolution of client queries within TAT.
    • Activate dormant clients.
    • Ensure regular client meetings.
    • Responsible for cross-selling products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, and other Sharekhan products to the existing set of customers.
    • Follow guidelines for Compliance and Risk management.
    Selection Criteria:1. Graduate2. Min. Experience 0f 1-3 years in selling Equity, Mutual Funds, SIP, IPOs, to individual, HNI Customers.3. Having a good update on the Market trends and subject knowledge.4. Possessing the necessary qualities of a salesperson.5. Should be a Target aspirant
