Job Description

    As part of the Multiple Branch Banking roles at Equitas Bank, your responsibilities will include:- Achieving assigned month-on-month targets, acquiring New-To-Bank (NTB) customers, conducting campaign activities, and ensuring zero fraud compliance.- Prospecting and meeting potential customers to understand their needs, explaining products and features.- Completing account opening application forms and obtaining all relevant documents to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, ensuring necessary verification with original documents.- Achieving sales targets for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) in terms of NTB, value, and product mix.- Meeting the budgeted cross-sell targets across designated product lines.- Maintaining attrition, Account Opening Form (AOF) rejection management, and zero fraud compliance.You will also be responsible for building and training the team to deliver according to the banks expectations.Preferred profiles for this role should have a degree and 3 to 10 years of experience in CASA background and Insurance background.If you are interested, you can directly walk in at the following details:- **Date:** 26th December, from 9 am to 4 pm- **Address:** OLD NO.10, NEW NO: 15, 31, Aryagowda Rd, Gokulam Colony, Vivekanandapuram, West Mambalam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600033- **Contact HR:** VigneshBest of luck with your application!
