Urgent requirement for Report Analyst (Chennai).An Opportunity to work with best Leading Company.The Report Analyst will be responsible for standardizing, automating and managing the internal reporting process that is in place today. Other key responsibilities include quarterly health checks for all automated reports, establishing automated health checks for our Speech Analytics Platform and other duties as assigned.Job DescriptionBuild VB prototypes and small scale applications, along with VBA scripts, in a bid to automate Excel spreadsheets.Develop, enhance, and maintain MS Office applications, and handle both frontend and backend development procedures.Design, configure, develop, and implement enhancements and production fixes to existing systems.Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties, and ensure that technical knowledge of all phases of application systems is maintained.Develop, maintain and support existing MS Excel VBA applications, and analyze and convert business requirements as needed.Perform object oriented analysis and design, and diligent testing to ensure optimal performance of all assigned systems, and system modules.Manage implementation of reports, dashboards & self-service reporting using Tableau and Microsoft ETL & reporting solutionsRequired SkillsetBachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceMust have experience in the contact center arenaRelevant experience of minimum 2 years with overall experience of minimum 5 yearsExcellent in creating Excel VBA macrosAdvanced knowledge in MS Excel functions and FormulasAbility to analyze the given data on correlation between different factors and choosing right type of visualization to depict the sameGood to have hands on experience with any of the following BI tools: Tableau, Qlik sense, Power BIGood to have working experience in visualization packages like Seaborn, Plotly dash or BokehGood knowledge in descriptive analytics tools like Box plot, Histogram, Matrix plot, Heat maps, Scatter plot, etcIf any matches above Criteria kindly Share your Updated resume toreshma@peshr.comContact-7208024405
