Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,GLOBAL SERVICE DESKLocation : Chennai1. Global Service DeskHe / She will be responsible to provide technical support throughremote,email,chatetc.,Resolve Technical / network problem diagnosis to the clients and provide technicalresolution. Incumbent should be open for 24X7 operations.Operating System:Primary Skill : Customer Handling SkillsSecondary Skill 1 :Windows && Mac Laptop Troubleshooting skills.Responsibilities:Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution viaRemote/telephone/email/chat for customer's end users.Experience in Jamf/Intune will be an advantage. Route problems to internal3rdand4thlevel IT support staff. Administer and provide User account provisioning. Use the Incident Management System to document and manage problems and workrequests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's. Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets fromusers; Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up untilclosure. Respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, includingproblem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps; Provide level1 remote desktop support andperform other activities based on SOPs. Perform user account management activities. Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists.Responsible for activities relating to the evaluation, analysis, and setup of PC-basedsoftware products (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, databasemanagement systems, electronic mail, and communications). Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems. Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints. May train users and operators on a limited basis and/or may write trainingprocedures.
