Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables (1) Should collaborate with different stake holders like DAC, Validation, Durability and Vehicle development team for passenger car projects. (2) Should report to the management the updates on the project and follow the vehicle dynamics design process (3) Should develop the new capabilities for BEV and ADAS technologies (4) Should prepare the analysis reports and ensure the timely discussion with necessary stake holders. (5) Should be able to mentor new joiners and Interns as per the opportunity given (6) Should meet the project time lines and preparing the 8D reports based on the issues reported. (7) Should ensure the quality of analysis and results delivered on time. (8) Should support preparation of KM documents an updating the process documents, design guide lines and modeling guide lines.1) Should be able to build Subsystem and Full Vehicle models for Ride and Handling Simulations, Mechanisms Analysis and Durability load generation. 2) Should have basic understanding of Vehicle systems (Mainly Chassis, Steering, Suspension and Tires) 3) Should be able to do simulations for Suspension Kinematic and Compliance, Ride and Handling, Durability load generation and Mechanism simulations 4) Should have good post processing skills to validate simulation results 5) Should be able to recommend design changes to meet performance targets 6) Should be to do correlation of simulation results with Lab and Vehicle Test 7) Should have good Engineering fundamentals - Theory of Machine, Strength of materials and Applied mechanics 8) Experience using programming languages for engineering data analysis with specific codes including MATLAB, C++, Visual Basic, or similar languages. Experience 8 to 10 Years in Automotive Vehicle Dynamics using HiL/SiL (Carmaker/Carsim/Amesim)ADAMS/Car, Nastran, Hypermesh, Modefrontier HEEDS(1) Should have good knowledge of ride, hanlding and NVH performances (2) Should have good fundamentals - Multibody simulations, Engineering Mechnaics, and Noise Vibration and Harshness. (3) Should have fundamental understaning of differet optimization techniques using HEEDs, modefrontier etc. (4) Should have an understanidng of performing Multi objective optimization using evalautionary and stochastics, linear optimzation techniques. (5) Should able to perform Multi Disciplinary/Multi Attribute optimization for different performance of NVH and Vehicle Dynamics Industry Preferred Qualifications B.E Mechanical (Min First class) M.Tech/M.E - Machine Design (Preferred from IIT or other good institute) General Requirements Job Segment: Engineering Manager, Engineer, Engineering, Automotive ,
