Job Description

    B2B Engagement Manager - Supply Chain Description:- Engaging with and sourcing up to 200 tons per month (to start) of scrap from all the formal companies (startups and established companies) in India in the waste management space- Program managing internal and external stakeholders: developing a clear strategy and roadmap for organization to source from 100s of waste management startups and companies in the country- Communicating organizations quality expectations and training vendor company staff to sort and perform pre-dispatch quality checks- Performing facility audits, and coordinating ethical sourcing trainings to ensure companies comply with organizations ethical sourcing guidelines- Contracting, commercial negotiations, and documentation up to dispatch status- Develop other formal systems for sourcing of supplies for Organization (e.g. corporate waste management where there is significant overlap in types of plastic waste generated)Functional Details:- Ability to Network: speaks to all companies in the plastic waste management industry and figures out a way to connect with them and add them to Banyan supplier list- Effective communication: To collaborate with cross-cultural teams, colleagues, and a spectrum of external stakeholders- Contracting and Negotiation: ability to develop and negotiate commercial contracts that both protect Banyans interest as well as the suppliers- Project Management: ability to design, plan, and deliver a formal supply chain engagement program within stipulated timelines,
