Job Description

Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.What you will be doing
    • Expert in at least one or more of the following functional areas - Core Banking, Digital Banking (Online, Mobile, Transfers), Cards, Payments , Account Origination, Customer Onboarding, Customer profiling, Customer 360, Management Information Systems, Collateral, US / European Compliance
    • Should have end to end process experience
    • Should have knowledge in reporting requirements (operational & Regulatory), MIS, Dashboards
    • Good understanding of solution architecture of banking applications
    • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
    • Having US and European banking knowledge would be added advantage

    • SOAP / XML test skills
    • Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies preferably Agile
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, Client management, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
    • Business industry professionals, who elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
