Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    1. To utilize the experience, skill and education to make Medimix Exports Department to full fledged International Business Division.
    2. Responsibility of managing Entire Export operations.
    3. Experience of Sales & business development in overseas countries.
    4. Experience in appointing new distributors and opening up new countries / markets.
    5. Knowledge of export logistics and documentation.
    6. Knowledge of claiming export incentives like DEPB etc.
    7. Work with Overseas distributors for Product Registration in respective countries.
    8. Oversee trademark registration in overseas countries with law firm.
    9. Work along with overseas distributors for devising effective marketing & promotion tools for Medimix.
    Desired Candidate ProfilePost Graduate Diploma in Export/Import Management or MBA(International Business) from a recognized B school10-15 years of FMCG experience in leading companiesShould have good Leadership skills and be able to motivate the team to achieve synergy.Should have a strategic vision both short term and long term.Extensive overseas travel experience particularly to Middle East & South East Asia countries.Knowledge of International business and political environment.Marketing & Brand management experience in overseas countriesKnowledge of Inco terms (delivery terms) and Payment termsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Should have a track record of growing within the organization.Should have clear and well defined focus on the objectivesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood Analytical skillsProven track record in execution excellence.Languages - English and Hindi (Mandatory),
