Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech or BE degree from a top tier institution, a strong academic record, and previous internship experience in research and/or data analytics. The successful candidate will have a highly analytical background with strong communication skills and experience in using excel.You will get exposure to and work with a highly experienced team that includes former Partners and Associate Partners of McKinsey & Company.Responsibilities:Conduct research and analysis across trends and topics shaping the Industrial and Industrial technology sector, e.g.,o Impact of tech disruptions artificial intelligence, machine learning, quantum computingo Macro environment energy crisis and geopolitics in Europe, trade warso Future of infrastructure sustainability, digitization, and talent developmentUse excel to create and maintain data models for research purposesPrepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerSupport the team in delivering high-quality research projects on timeRequirements:B.Tech or BE degree from a top tier institutionStrong academic recordPrevious internship experience in research and/or data analyticsHighly analytical background with strong communication skillsExperience in using excelKnowledge of various research databases and reportsOther Requirements:Willing to hustle and work hard to achieve goalsWilling to collaborate with colleagues across geographies, e.g., North America, EuropeOpen to learning new skills and gain knowledge new functional areas (data, analytics, digital) and industriesOpen to travel to other locations in India (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, etc.)Candidates has to work from Chennai office,no wfh or hybrid,3 to 5 years.
