Job Description

To independently design, plan and execute experiments along with compilation and analysis of data with minimal error.
Should be able to handle purification batches at different scales from small (50mL) to larger scale (20L) culture harvest
Should be well versed in performing various purification methods such as affinity, SEC, ion-exchange and so on.
Should be able to handle AKTA/BioRad purification systems
Collaborate with colleagues with respect to information/knowledge sharing
Adhere to all EHS requirements including wearing PPEs and safe working practices
Efficient record keeping and data management

BEHAVIORAL/MANAGERIAL SKILLS:

Efficient communications skills (oral and written) is a must
Experience mentoring or guiding junior scientists is a must
Interactions/communication with international scientists is a plus
