Job Description

Drives customer satisfaction proactively in own area.Focused on the scopes under Radio Network Planning & Design for all technologies.Main Responsibility Area The Manager Network Planning & Optimisation has the following main responsibilities:
    • Techno commercial contribution towards NPO Stream
    • Strong Management & NPO skill set
    • Understanding of new business onboarding & delivery management
    • Understanding the complex Network delivery challenges & able to lead towards its resolution
    • Hand on experience in customer management in various regions across globe
    • An expert level in Network Optimization & Assurance in 2G, 3G, 4G technologies and 5G cellular networks.
    • Have an analytical mind with good problem-solving skills, good team player, able to work independently and under time pressure
    • Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within the specific professional discipline.
    • Owns and manage stakeholder relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.
    • Ensure operational continuity and smooth execution by implementing proactive delivery management practices
    • Primary contact within Nokia for planning and execution, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation topics for all phases of the execute process
    • Continuous Management for Planning and implementation of the Project Management methodologies
    • Assurance of compliance to delivery model as defined by SU NPO
    • Measure and track operational KPIs (SLA, time, scope, quality) and cost compliance (recharge vs CBL)
    • Drives for continuous efficiency improvement in terms of cost adherence and to optimize projects operational performance.
    • Strong alignment with GSD on the process, tools, way of working, knowledge management and best practices
    • Work on Business case and CBL for NPO Project across markets
    • Set up and maintain clear and effective internal and external communication within the relevant project stakeholders (e.g. customer and project teams)
    • Drive Customer Satisfaction through the established survey mechanisms and by providing services that are fully compliant with the SL
    Your skills and experience You have:
    • To address with the above referred activities, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:
    • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or proven experience in the field,
    • Strong leadership skills,
    • Innovative mindset, excited to explore new technologies and services,
    • Good Communication Skills,
    • Excellent English Skills (and preferably others such as German, Spanish, French),
    • Very good inter-cultural capabilities,
    • Result-oriented and Business driven,
    • Team player.
