Job Description

    Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Toilet Hygiene ProductsLocation: ChennaiJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of toilet hygiene products in a retail environment. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in selecting and purchasing toilet hygiene products such as toilet cleaners, disinfectants, air fresheners, and related items.Provide product knowledge, helping customers understand the features and benefits of various toilet hygiene products.Demonstrate excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked, labelled, and displayed attractively.Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory levels.Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the store manager regarding customer needs and trends.Handle cash register duties, process payments, and manage transactions accurately.Promote in-store promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement.Stay updated on new products and trends in the toilet hygiene market.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are a plus.Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the hygiene, cleaning, or related products industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of toilet hygiene products and their benefits is an advantage.Report to the market on time and Must be a target oriented sales person.Must handle both Primary and Secondary Sales.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage or salary.Training and development opportunities.Potential for career advancement within the company.Interested candidate can reach to Saraswathi - hidden_mobile or share your resume to hidden_email
