Job Description

    As a Risk and Compliance Specialist at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Risk and Compliance vertical to assist in compliance reviews, publish reports with actions, and provide closure guidance as necessary. Your role will involve designing and recommending effective controls to mitigate risks and assisting the service delivery team in preparing for upcoming client or external audits.Key Responsibilities:- Perform compliance reviews and publish reports with actionable insights- Design and recommend effective controls to mitigate risks- Assist in preparing the service delivery team for client or external audits- Audit and manage the implementation of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk, including policies related to Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management, and Contractor controls- Establish processes to audit and validate the effectiveness of current controls, driving improvements where necessaryQualifications Required:- Any Graduation- 7 to 11 years of experienceIn this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving moderately complex problems. You may create new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures. It is essential to understand the strategic direction set by senior management and how it aligns with team goals. Your primary interaction will be with your direct supervisor, and you may also engage with peers and management levels at clients or within Accenture. Guidance will be provided when determining methods and procedures for new assignments, and decisions you make will have an impact on the team. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage small teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.Please be aware that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
