Job Description

  • As a PayPal Customer Identity Advisor, Role holder s goal is to support the Customers by verifying all the required elements to open / maintain the account with PayPal. Verify the data / documents shared by the Customers and validate requisitions with current procedures and upload and update the PayPal systems in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
  • You will exercise independent judgment and discretion handling highly sensitive casework.
  • Your efforts will be in accordance to PayPal s Compliance & Ethics Standards, and obligations to the appropriate regulations, such as Anti Money Laundering and other governing authorities, are adhered to monitor account activity accordingly.
  • It will be critical for the Role holder to stay current with policy changes, seek ways to enhance current processes and controls, and maintain the utmost professionalism in your interaction with your peers at all times.
  • Role Holder expected to document findings in narrative style format, in the manual and automated systems and prepare reports to management as required
Key Skill-set:
  • A Bachelor s degree in Finance, Legal, Criminal Justice or a comparable field
  • Minimum of 1 years professional experience in Customer Service Operations related to Customer/Enhanced Due Diligence investigation or verifications
  • Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data in order to report critical information;
  • Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information accurately, clearly and quickly to all levels;
  • Ability to work efficiently with an attention to detail in investigations, analysis, and writing;
  • High level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency
  • Fluent in English and Hindi are required for this role
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS WORD, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Willing to work in Shifts - Rotational Shifts
