Overall Data entry & FI vendor management, efficiency building & complete tracking and monitoring end to end. Supervision of activities done by team and vendors Cost Rationalization TAT monitoring as an ongoing activity Handling internal escalation to department by various stakeholders Resolution of various challenges/queries raised by underwriting team Time to time Monitoring, reviewing vendors performance Regular monitoring of trainings done by team with vendor / outsourced staff Team Meetings to know existing challenges and working towards the resolution Suggesting ways for efficiency building and productivity enhancement Cost Rationalisation and TAT monitoring Process Review Active participation in all related discussions with business, credit, operations, policy etc. Vendor visits, Location visit and regular interactions with various stakeholders.
