Summary:PayPal is seeking a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) manager to join its Finance Automation Program to lead our RPA initiatives and drive automation projects to successful completion. The manager will work closely with Finance, Technology and Compliance teams to build automations using the Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation software and Microsoft Power Platform suite. The manager will be responsible for hands on Automation design, build and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to monitoring and optimization. A successful candidate will have hands on expertise in RPA technologies (Architecture & Build), project management methodologies, which will be crucial in delivering efficient and effective automation solutions.Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management of RPA initiatives, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Lead Design and hands on development/implementation on Automations with Blue Prism or Microsoft Power platform suite
• Consider automation solutions with Blue Prism, Python, Microsoft Power platform suite, excel macros, wherever applicable and in accordance with the problem statement defined by process owners
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including RPA developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project execution.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and monitor project progress against established goals, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, process workflows, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and risks, and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of RPA solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to address concerns, train end-users, and manage expectations.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and performance evaluations to measure the effectiveness of RPA solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies, trends, and best practices, and actively contribute to the organizations knowledge base and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on RPA or process automation projects.
• Development experience in a robotics process automation tool (Blue Prism) and Microsoft Power Automate
• Preferred experience and proficiency with Microsoft Power platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
