Our people are a key part of the transformation program in Philips and at GBS, you become part of a global team of professionals that form the backbone of this journey.In this role, you have the opportunity toSupport on upkeep, update, and maintenance of Assurance/ MCP tool, support MJV process and work closely with Control owners to understand challenges and identify opportunities for tool improvement, at the same time they ensure quality of Control documentation by performing Control validation check.You are responsible forAssurance Tool & MCP Support

  • Ensure regular updates to database with support from CoE, Market AccOps Leads, ICS and Infosys team
  • Ontime Go live of Assurance tool, Assuring access to Control owners
  • Resolve queries, provides updates on Assurance tool
  • Update, Improvement to Assurance tool & Reporting Platform
  • Management Reporting of Control performance
Control Validation Check
  • Monthly Control validation check exercise to ensure Control documentation completeness and quality
  • Reporting to highlight improvement areas and learnings
  • Align and Work with Oversight analysts, GBS Audit SPOCs on Financial Impact, Control Effectiveness
MJV BPE Role
  • Update PEPF to reflect latest standard activities; Ensure PEPF is currently linked to Preceding/ succeeding activities, Shows correct controls and adequate quality
  • Ensure MJV KPIs are calculated correctly, End user query handling
  • UAT of any changes to QV reporting; MJV Guidelines changes as per requirement
  • MJV Controls, HWI review and maintenance; SME for MJV Controls
  • MJV HWI updates in alignment to MJV Guidelines, Audit improvement suggestion & risk impact analysis
  • Ensure all MJV flow from SAP BW/ QV flow working satisfactorily
  • Group Audit/ Statutory Audit Support
Other Tasks
  • SOCD follow-up and reporting; Group/ Stat Audit support as needed
  • Work with ICS team/ GBS SPOCs to update eGRC Controls database
  • HWIs status monitoring and follow-up
You are a part ofGBS RTR Organization supporting global RTR operations.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Important criteria #2 Mandatory SAP functional experience, Experience on Blackline, Qlikview tool is preferred
  • Important criteria #3 Knowledge of MJV (Manual Journal voucher )End to end process
  • Important criteria #4 Good communication and people skills, Multi-tasking
  • Important criteria #5 English
