Job description:Job Summary: Sales & Pricing Performance provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals. S&PP Pursuit Services partners with sales teams to win more business through a compelling and differentiated end-to-end pursuit experience. Content/Knowledge Management Expert will work with a team of individuals who are knowledgeable of content and knowledge maintenance with a balanced mix of Operations, Infra, Technology and other functional services in Accenture, build and enhance content in alignment with Accenture sales strategy and provide related knowledge and quality reviews of content hosted on our portals and repositories which can be effectively used in opportunity related and non-opportunity requests. The following are some of the key responsibilities of the role: Operations: 1. Management of day to day operations including staffing (capacity management), volume management & tracking and job assignment. 2. Planning for, organizing (as needed) and driving recurring scheduled team calls for overall content management (as needed) 3. Actively review the pipeline of activities and ensure that the prioritization and the proposed deadlines are agreed as per requirements. 4. Responsible for driving and meeting all the agreed SLA s across support and content maintenance as being agreed and reported via Leadership. 5. On point to provide all raw data for reporting is being sent to PMO team on an agreed and planned schedule, to ensure that accurate and timely reports for leadership is being conducted. 6. Random daily monitoring of various tasks performed by the team to ensure effectiveness of work conducted by the members. 7. Working closely with various teams within Accenture to gather content and perform various quality checks before its added in our repository 8. Review opportunity pipeline and plan the proposal scrubbing and upload strategy Communications: 9. Scheduling/driving effective and relevant communications for all areas related to Content and Knowledge Management internally and externally (Accenture) 10. Outline and manage on time content to Communication s team so all the recurring emails (templates), postcards and newsletters carry effective required topics, being sent on time. Process & Quality: 11. Conduct, document and carry out robust quality review process across content support requests deliverable as well as the maintenance of content management tool standard assets. 12. Ensuring the content asset leads meet their agreed quality and timeline for audit cycles as per the agreed content maintenance calendar schedule. Owner of the content maintenance calendar. 13. Active ongoing ownership of the Meta-data schema inventory for the content management tool. Contributing, reviewing and approving all changes to be made to the Meta-data schema inventory. 14. Ensuring all Content Management Tool standard assets have updated, agreed and signed off SOPs (with job aids) that are being referenced and followed at all times. Create new SOPs as needed. 15. Ensuring all content integration documents (latest approved versions) across Operations, People, Process, Technology and Strategy to be uploaded on the team s internal share point site. 16. Ensure that ad hoc active check on the quality of content asset landing pages are made randomly to catch user experience issues, navigation problems, text/language inaccuracies etc People: 17. Active interface with SPOCS/Champions/Leads of all other teams/groups/organizations that Content Management interfaces with. Example: Marketing, Business Continuity, Legal, Other content teams 18. Active interface involves being on scheduled calls and conducting meetings to streamline and strength current relationship. 19. Organize required training & development activities needed for the team member to keep up to date and/or improve their skills on the job. Keep the development plan for each individual updated and follow the track. 20. Plan and organize skip level meetings for groups or individuals on the team to meet with 1 and 2 levels above in the team organization chart on a frequent basis. 21. Complete all planned and required career counselor and people development activities as required by location HR policies.,
