Our mission is to help process industries, electrical substations, and power utilities achieve peak reliability and resilience of their power systems.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales and Business Development Executive. The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships, and increasing sales revenue. The Sales and Business Development Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective business strategies and market research to identify potential clients.Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales and business. development Demonstrated expertise in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals Excellent communication skills and experience in effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events Experience in the power industry or electrical engineering is a plus,
