We are seeking an Associate Sales Compensation Analyst for our India office. Preview Description Preview The Sales Compensation Analyst will work closely with the extreme sales organization and sales compensation manager to implement and administer the global sales compensation programs and plans. Primary responsibility will be to Setup compensation plans and credit mapping rules for all sales associates in the incentive tool. Setup/ enter new hires according to the new hire policy and procedures. Be the lead working with sales and sales operations managing the credit allocation process for all Geographies ensuring that sales crediting is accurate, timely and properly recorded in Xactly. Assist in the calculation sales incentive payments for sales associates using the Xactly sales incentive tool. Review weekly attainment reports for accuracy and completeness and make any necessary corrections. Resolve and respond to all inquiries from sales personnel regarding statement calculation. S/ he will work with the payroll department to ensure credited sales compensation is promptly and accurately paid. Assist in the development and deployment of quarterly reporting. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to: Display excellent analytical and quantitative skills to meet important deadlines Look for process improvements and efficiencies to improve workflow Practice sound time management skills to meet important deadlines Process and review data with accuracy Timely and accurately communicate sensitive information Works well in fast paced team environment Requirements: Degree in either Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting a plus 2 - 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role would be preferred Strong Excel skills Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast- paced environment required Effective organizational and interpersonal skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Energetic and enthusiastic with a focus on delivering high- quality, customer- friendly results ,
