Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
    • Identify and develop new customers, OEMs, dealers, and system integrators.
    • Generate business opportunities through customer visits, networking, exhibitions, and referrals.
    • Promote Industrial Automation, IoT, Wireless Communication, and Digital Factory solutions.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
    Technical Sales Support
    • Understand customer requirements and industrial applications.
    • Recommend suitable automation, IoT, wireless communication, and monitoring solutions.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
    • Coordinate with the technical team to provide the best customer solutions.
    Required Skills
    • Basic knowledge of Industrial Automation.
    • Understanding of PLC, SCADA, Sensors, Modbus, Ethernet, or Industrial Communication is preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of IoT and Industry 4.0 concepts.
    • Customer handling and negotiation skills.
    Eligibility
    • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, ECE, EEE, or related engineering disciplines.
    • Freshers with good technical knowledge and interest in industrial sales are welcome.
    • Candidates with up to 4 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Technical Sales are encouraged to apply.
