Job Description

    • Sales Operations: Oversee and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Customer Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to our products or services.
    • Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and product delivery.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or process improvement in Electronic or Semiconductor industry- (Chips,Circuit,Sensors,Capacitors printed circuit products, Thermistors etc)
    • Knowledge of sales processes, customer handling, change management, and process improvement.
