Candidate Profile:
  • Preferably MBA with minimum experience of 2 years and above in sales / business development in building products sector or Graduate with min 3 years of experience in relevant sector
  • Should have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Direct experience of promoting products through Architects, Builders, Consultants, Interior designers
  • Must have good trade relations (dealers / distributors)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power-Point), Sales Force software will be an added advantage
  • Age below 30 years, young and preferably single, ready to travel
  • Own 2 wheeler would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the existing sales and generate new business
  • Understand the clients needs and coordinate with internal teams for necessary support for sales
  • Visit direct customers as well as trade channels for promoting the Companys products, for providing technical support, for understanding customer requirements and for resolving customer complaints
  • Improve customer experience and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Meet influencers like architects, interior designers, builders, etc to build sales.
  • To ensure brand presence and visibility in their locations
  • Develop new market and widen the sales
  • Identify, prospect and develop new markets and new customers
  • Competitor activity/market development related reporting
  • Report Submission on Sales Software on daily basis
