Job Description

    Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Present and promote products or services to prospective customers to meet their needs.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver a seamless client experience.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
