Job Description

    Showroom Sales ExecutiveOpening Location:Besant NagarAminjikaraiAkkarai ECR,OMR
    • Adapt and perform towards goals and expectations in a competitive retail setup
    • Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of product detailing as well as service ambience
    • Achieve set targets both individually and at store level
    • Identify potential customers for up-sell and cross-selling
    • Proactively indulge in sales closure
    • Maintain cordial customer relationship to improve brand image and passive lead generation
    Skills and Requirements:
    • Any Graduation from reputed College
    • Proficient in both English and Tamil.
    • Freshers with Good communication can also apply
    • Proven work experience in a retail background of not less than 3 years, preferably in a furniture outlet.
    • Ability to identify Selling Possibilities and quickly grasp customer needs.
    • Ability to handle high profile customers with measured patience assured confidence
    • Self-motivated and positive attitude towards customers and service
    • Working knowledge of CRM tool and lead management cycles
